Belgium remains a strong economy of exporters. This time, BFC decided to highlight those export companies and their relations with the banks and credit insurers who support their projects and cover their risks with foreign buyers.
The conference will start with a short presentation on export credit insurance, explaining how it protects an exporter against the risk of non-payment by a foreign client. In other words, how export credit insurance reduces payment risks following insolvency or bankruptcy of the buyer and political risks that could result in non-payment.
This presentation will be followed by an open debate between the keynote speakers, who are considered experts in their field as banker, credit insurer and exporter, about how this triangle relation can succeed.
The evening will end with a walking dinner where guests will be able to meet and talk with the speakers.
